Yes — we send up to six free samples anywhere in the UK. Each one is a genuine, hand-finished off-cut from the same Bristol workshop that finishes your final floor, so the colour, grain and texture are exactly what you'll receive.
Bristol Tectonic® is our own engineered board technology, designed and manufactured in Bristol. It allows for plank widths up to 300mm with stability that solid timber can't match — meaning a wider, more dramatic board that won't cup, twist or split, even over underfloor heating.
Yes — we deliver across the UK and our skilled craftspeople, who bring 40+ years of combined experience, fit floors anywhere in the country. From a Cotswold farmhouse to a London penthouse to a flagship retail store, we manage the full installation in-house.
Absolutely. Bespoke finishing is one of our specialities. Our Bristol workshop can match almost any reference — from a vintage floorboard to a designer's mood-board sample — using our own brushed, sawn and hand-applied colour techniques.
